Hello! We are currently in the process of putting our initial application together, and have gotten a little turned around. My fiancee is English, and has moved around a lot within the last five years (mainly due to university), and so is attaching a separate form to her G325-A with her complete list of past addresses. However, it is also asking for her last address of over a year. She almost hit a year at her last house (11 months), but the next closest applicable address is well outside of the five year window previously set down. What should she do? Simply write down the old, year+ address and be prepared to answer any questions later? Is there something else that should be done?

I am currently in university in California and am working several jobs (I am putting together an attachment for my own G325-A). One of them is for the iPhone app "Wag!" (dog walking). In this situation, where I receive contracted work over the internet, what would I fill in for my work address? Would it be the app's headquarters address?

Thank you in advance for any and all help!
