Can errors on I864 be corrected at interview?

Been unable to find a sample form or any info about the 864, so was wondering if my errors can be corrected at the interview?

Thanks, didn't see it on there when I looked last night. Does it matter that that form expired in 2015? And I'm petitioning my wife and stepson, on household size, It ask for the number of immigrants being sponsored on that affidavit, but need a separate affidavit for each of them. Where do I put the number for the immigrant from another affidavit? It says not to list immigrants that have a separate petition filed for them.
