Argh everyone,

Today we sent out the ROC package, it took us quite a while but we believe that we indeed have good evidence, cover letter etc....So far so good.

And then it hit me: we stapled some of the documents that were longer than a page together. We did not think of anything and as we had everything really well organized, did not worry about it.

Now I read everywhere that I am not supposed to staple anything !!!! What will happen now ? Will they reject the application or ask for a new one ? Will it delay everything ?

I am so mad at myself right now !!!! :-(

As far as my knowledge, you do not need to submit a copy of your marriage certificate for I-751. They already know you're married (you should have submitted it initially for the greencard) and now they just want to know that the marriage is real. I think you'll be fine :)
