I did a month ago and they said that the case has not been transferred to them from the NBC. this may be caused due to the FBI name check and they don't have any time frame for that. but after today's reply it's quite clear that it's not the FBI background check as they mentioned "not related to your Case"

You may need to get a Lawyer or Ombudsman that's two conflicting stories...

The ombudsman's office have the case from 2 months ago and they didn't assign it to an analyst yet.

The are as slow as the rest of the process.

I got an update today( via text message and email) that I am inline for an interview.
