Can't say if it's normal but it happened to my wife.  Same as you, "decision cannot be made," "supervisor needs to review."  6 days later she got email that oath was scheduled and 7 days after that, she was a citizen.   Hang in there!  Good luck and congratulations!  And take a camera, it's a once in a lifetime event.

I would just relax pass the test and answer the questions. If all goes good u could get the oath cermony letter that day itself

Hi guys ... so my wife called L2 officer today and according to the officer they are now about to send her info to Dallas field office and once the field received it they will schedule her interview ...

Very. When you call, they will perform the same song and dance of do you have a case, and are you the applicant, blah blah blah.

Once they get through with it, just ask to speak to an L2 officer. If they ask why, tell them you need to know the date of the oath because you need to make travel arrangements and that the L2 officer can provide it for sure.

They will perform song dance of transferring.

If you actually get transferred directly, great. In my experience, the transfer will put you in line for an automated system where you get placed in line and they will call you back after a few minutes. Do that. When they call back, it will be an L2 officer you connect to and explain to them that you haven't received your oath ceremony letter and that you're planning a trip and don't want it to overlap with the oath. When they tell you the date, you can ask them what are your means of obtaining the letter because you still haven't received it. Honestly, if I hadn't received the letter, that's what I would have asked them. So I don't know how this part goes. Hope they are sympathetic about your situation and have the ability for them to fax the letter over.

One of the things listed as "bring with you" is "Naturalization Interview Results (Form N-652)", Not sure where we kept ours. What should we do?

That's strange, I only brought the Oath invitation letter and my green card.   Congratulations!!!
