June 9, 2014: ROC Approved per I-797C received 6-13-2014

June 17, 2014: New 10-yr Green Card in hand!

March 31, 2017: N-400 Received by USCIS per I-797C
April 27, 2017:  Biometrics completed
September 23, 2017:  Received I-797C for interview!

October 24, 2017:  Interview, passed all tests but "decision cannot yet be made"

October 30, 2017:  Received email that Oath ceremony has been scheduled, letter to follow with date and other info. 

                                  USCIS case status updated w/same message as email.

November 2, 2017:  Oath ceremony letter received scheduled for Nov. 7, 2017.

November 7, 2017:  Oath Ceremony, Certificate of U.S. Naturalization in hand!!!

Could someone please, update my interview date to 12/18? My interview was rescheduled, even though the lady from USCIS said it would be on 12/11. Looks like she snoozed to make an appointment for 12/11.

I filed in early March and since April (after biometrics) all I got is "Case in line for an interview". Anybody in same boat? How longer can this be? Just wondering.

I filed in March 2017 as well, and have been "in line for an interview" since May 2017. I notice that you are in Fort Lauderdale, I am in Miami.  South Florida offices are very busy and running a little slow. So you are not alone.

You not the only one . My wife filed in early February and since April 21 has been in line for interview since  . We called uscis last two weeks and they said we will receive it within two weeks but still nothing called again yesterday as they said if she doesn't we should call back for them to tell us they waiting for some clearance or so we should see next week . We in TX Dallas field office 😭😭

Or any chances that it can be over sometime December. It sucks when I see other people filed online  later than me and had already interview. I sent my papers the old way, postal mail. :(  Should I start calling USCIS to see if my waiting time is within range?

It can easily go into the first months of 2018. According to the processing times website, you can see that the Miami office, as of September 30, 2017, was processing applications from September 27, 2016. So that is just about 12 months. So I would not expect to hear anything until January or February. I hope I am wrong and we get some news sooner.

You're not alone. I'm the same boat as you are. After my fingerprints on April 22nd , they put me in line 2 days later on April 24th. I keep waiting since then. My office is Orlando,FL. This is so frustrated when people in order office already got their interview and oath but we don't. I would think about calling them to see what going on. 😩😩

What I could also add is that my Case In Line for Interview did not change to Interview was Scheduled until 3 weeks after I had already received the letter ..... I was actually very surprised to see it in the mail since I had already checked the website twice that same day ....

So yours could be in the mail tonight :)
