Hello Candace & Living Proof!

Anything new lately? I do not know what it is going, but I have not received anything until now.

Hey @MAHUNA

Hope you had a wonderful trip. Unfortunately I haven't heard anything yet but my friend, Feb filer, has an interview on Nov 2nd. Hopefully, we'll have our interviews in December.

Thanks; it doesn't really say when the ceremonies are held though for some reason; I guess they just don't provide that info.

from the looks of this it seems every Friday...

The Naturalization Ceremony

On each Friday, a District Judge presides over the Naturalization Ceremony that is held in the Ceremonial Courtroom located at the Pearl Street Courthouse.* Beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the ceremony, applicants are processed by USCIS Officers and Deputy Clerks of the Court. Each petitioner should bring the U.S. issued “green card,” U.S. issued visas and all other travel documents. A petitioner who is not fluent in English, but who is age 55 or older and has a U.S. permanent residency of more than 20 years, may be accompanied by someone who can interpret in the petitioner’s native language.

The ceremony begins approximately at 11:30 a.m. and others are invited into the courtroom to witness the petitioners swear the Oath of Allegiance to the United States of America. Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 1.8, no one is permitted to bring a camera, portable telephone or recording device into the courthouse without the written permission of a judge of this Court.

Everyone is expected to comply with federal court rules and any other rules of the court. Please remain quiet during the proceedings and stand when the judge enters or leaves the courtroom. If you must leave while court is in session, please exit quietly.

*Upon entering the courthouse, everyone is required to pass through the security screening. Please allow extra time for the screening process.

Have you tried a service inquiry? That's how I found out that they had somehow lost my FP and had to do them again. My guess is that that's what got things moving.

Nick I have tried before and it would tell me that I am within processing time. I tried the other option " The one about not recieving a notice" and it went through so I AM WAITING

I am also in the Bronx and I do get informed delivery.

I have had informed delivery from day one, maybe your Post Office do not offer it.

Edit:

I just tried a few zip codes in the Bronx and it tells me that the areas are eligible.

Oath date 11/3; didn't receive the notice yet but L2 officer confirmed it. I'm going to need to get a passport in 1 week but should be feasible as I live close to a passport agency.

That’s awesome.  Congratulations.
