I do - but nothing yet , either text or email .....

  • cheque is cashed on 06/11/2007
  • NOA1 in mail 06/13/2007 (who said 13 is badluck )
  • 07/30/2007 After no touches and no other signs we just got an email with the APPROVAL of I130....Thank God !....now what ?

  • 08/07/2007 Case received by NVC and case number assigned :))

  • 08/13/2007 DS3032 and AOS bill were generated

  • 08/14/2007 Emailed choice of agent ...i'm so curious when they will accept it...hopefully soon

  • 08/21/2007 DS3032 and AOS fee bill arive in mail

I guess there is some hope, I see some Jan and Feb filers with interview dates already.  I pulled up the processing times for those FOs and they seem to be close to San Francisco.  I guess some folks are lucky.

Hello Everyone.

Mailing out my wife's N400 later today. One last check before doing so. 

These are the following documents included on her application.

What do you think guys are we good.? Appreciate the response.

  • N400 (application form)
  • 2 Passport size photos
  • Form G-1145 (e-notification form)
  • Form G-1450 (Authorization for credit card transaction)
  • Photocopy of green card (front and back)
  • Photocopy of drivers license
  • Photocopy of passport (1st page showing her immigrant visa information)
  • Form 1040 ( 2012-2016)
  • Marriage certification

Instead of 1040, you may want to send Tax Transcripts. They are easy to obtain from the IRS website.

 

You may also want to send Bank Statements and/or utility bills. I don't think you need to send Drivers License for any reason.

My wife is applying based on 5 year rule. she arrived her in the US as a F2A immigrant, not a fiancee visa.

do you think a bank statement is necessary ?

So are you saying that she has had her Green Card for 5 years ?

Interview: Date of your interview.
Oath: Date Oath taken.
