i think it's telling and a big issue because it speaks to this administration's perception of class and race, but that will probably go over like a wet fart in sunday school so i'll just keep that all to meeself. i'll allow yet another rw safe space exist @ cesht

Sorry, I was raised so proper that I tend to sit using the legs crossed method or the tilted at an angle ankles crossed method with hands neatly folded in the lap when sitting around important people or social functions. Only my husband gets to see me sitting unlady-like.

 

It is a silly non-story of course, I just would have expected her to have some class around dignitaries. I see my faith was misplaced.

I guess the purpose was to remind us of the time when we had a first lady who oozed class even in her most casual wear.

 

It is also a reminder that Kellyanne might be the acting FLOTUS. She does serve at the pleasure of the so-called president after all.
