Hi everyone. I was just wondering if I get paid every week would the Manilla Embassy consider one month of pay to be four pay stubs?

Technically yes... I supplied 2 months worth when I sent my partner the I-134 (so 4 pay stubs for me) so for you perhaps 8 would be better?

If you'd go by the book as per form I-134 instructions, it says paystubs for 3months about 9. But some just carried a couple of paystubs. I think forms w2 and 1044 have more weight over paystubs.

Personally, I carried 9 and w2s but it wasn't checked on the interview. Although it is part of the interview requirements, I dont know of anyone who got their I-134 checked during K1 interview at USEM.

Ok thank you, I will provide as many as possible, but I may only have two because I'm starting a new job. I was just wondering if it's better to hold off on the interview until I have more pay stubs.

I know it's technically four pay stubs, I'm just wondering if it is viewed any differently if you have four pay stubs to show in a month vs only one or two. I often see people on this website talking about how many pay stubs to submit rather than for what period of time. Thank you for the reply.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I'm sure 8 would be better but that's probably not an option for me unless we delay the interview. That actually brings up another question, what happens if they deny the visa because of too few pay stubs? does it just get delayed until you have enough?

If the interview is set at the scheduled time, I will have taxes showing less than %100 poverty while I was a student thru 2016, but about $24,800 per year (3 dependents w fiance) for maybe 6 weeks.

But thank you for the reply. It is good to know that they may not check, that would be much easier lol. It's odd though, I thought the NVC was supposed to check my income first but they asked for nothing. As of right now the ONLY time I will have to show it is at the interview. It seems like my case is being pushed through pretty fast. Once the USCIS sent the petition over to the NVC, I waited 2 weeks and called the NVC to make sure they got it, and they said they had already sent it to the embassy! Does this sound normal?
