Processing Times on Visa Journey

Does anyone know how to read the processing times on this site?  I don't want to get my hopes up thinking my husbands visa will happen sooner than we thought.  He is in Morocco and we were told it could take up to 9 months.  My priority date is Jan 30, 2016.  Any help would be appreciated.

Line 1: Visa Type

Line 2: California Service Center & NOA1 date

Line 3: Texas Service Center & NOA1 date

Line 4: Vermont Service Center & NOA1 date

 

For the I-129F:   Individuals with a NOA1 receive date of December 12th are starting to get their NOA2 out of the California Service Center (CSC).  This is just a rough estimate (take it with a grain of salt) and will fluctuate drastically as individuals' update their timelines on Visa Journey.

These things to keep in consideration:

1 - not every case worker works at the same pace

2 - not every case worker has the same work load

3 - different countries can hinder the processing time

4 - do not count weekends and/or holidays

5 - K1 timeframe from NOA1 - NOA2 can take 2 - 6 months or LONGER

6- EVERY CASE IS DIFFERENT!

 

USCIS website is about 2 months behind with updating their details; but based on watching the updates since December.  I would say they are starting to work on the end of Oct, through November and into the first part of December.  Where your case stands & with what case worker & their load and speed factor ability to crank out their cases is UNKNOWN! 

I am not sure what you mean as priority date - There is NO priority with the USCIS!

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

If someone is already married, why would you provide information on a K1 or fiance visa? Wouldn't the CR1 Visa processing times be more applicable?
