I'm been trying to schedule my ACS and Consular appointment at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-MX I get a message saying that my case number not ready for an appointment. My case# has been in Ready status since the last update of Feb 23.  NVC shipped approved petition to Ciudad Juarez on the 22 of Feb. The embassy has received the petition and updated NVC status with new Case Update of Feb 27th. I still cant schedule the any appointment, the site seems to be locked for scheduling. Has anyone encountered same error? Does NVC case status need to say "Case is open for interview"?

I have the same problem for a k1 visa appt in bogota. I emailed the website email listed there with asa and ill update here tomorrow when they reply.  Ceac says ready and i have packet 4 which says to make an appt on the visa website but its giving me an error. Some other posts say to just wait a few more days. Also mine went to ready status on the same day as yours feb 27 so I'm thinking its too soon.

mgsanch509   Sign up and create an account on this website = https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-mx/iv, and check this website daily [or several times daily] until it indicates that you're eligible to to select an interview date. Important to know that once your eligible for an interview date. the Consulate may not have released a new block of dates [the website will show no dates available], and you'll need to keep checking until those new dates show up on the website.  Buen suerte!

I was able to make the appt today march 1 but I'm not sure if it was because i emailed the site and they fixed it because of that or if i just needed to wait until they finished updating their system.

Great! Congratulations! Me too, last night! Idk what  or how it happened. I just kept trying. I think the consulate need to review the petition before releasing any appointment dates or let u proceed. One thing I did notice, since K1 is nonimmigrant (NIV), the website was converted to the Immigrant mode (IV). maybe that was the hold up. The consulate probably need to process the petition into Immigrant visa category. Who knows hahaha. We both got our appointments. The only thing is I still need to wait for the consulate letter to arrive. His is appointment is in April so I'm sure we will get the letter in time. Best of luck to you two! ?
