Hi KMendless,

No one here can guarantee that your list will be sufficient.  We can tell you that it "looks good" or suggest that you might add X or Y, but with USCIS, there are NO guarantees.

Your list looks good to me.  While it is not a requirement, many people here will suggest that you get wills naming each other as beneficiary, as well as Medical Powers of Attorney giving each other the ability to make medical decisions for you if you are not capable of making them for yourself.

These are important "life documents" and definitely show USCIS that you are committed to each other.  Depending on your state, these documents can be easy or not-so-easy.  I'm in New York State, and our docs are in the "not-so-easy" category - but we went ahead and got them ASAP after we married.

Best of luck to you and your spouse!

Looks good!  Do you have health insurance together?  You can put a copy of your insurance cards and a copy of your policy in your packet.  Best wishes!!

I am worried about health insurance as well as we don't have it and paying penalty for both of us.

Health insurance is NOT a requirement.  It's just a common document many people have.  The OP has lots of good co-mingling information!

No one said it was a requirement.  She asked for suggestions and that's what it is...a suggestion.

She said she was "worried about it" because she didn't have it.  I just stated that it wasn't a requirement so she wouldn't worry.

Hi guys I just found a strange thing, my husband granted cr1 on 05/21/2015 but entered into USA on 06/03/2015,so on his green card showing residency since 06/03/2015, however, on his notice letter from USCIS, they said he entered USA on 05/21/2015, do you guys have this same situation?

Thanks
