I have mixed responses to the question:

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law? trg_bk.GIF
Yes No

 

My spouse had some immunizations but do not have a record of it. Should we say Yes to this question because we will have all the vaccination requirement completed by the interview time per medical examination form that the embassy gives to my spouse? Or should we say No b/c we currently don't have any proof and then explain that we will have the vaccination requirement completed by the time of the interview.
