Hi, guys. So we have already paid the application fee which is 535$. We also already got our approval and have set our medical and interview schedules. Now, we have to know the fees we are to pay, I know that the medical is 365$, how about the other fees left to be paid? Please help me. I can't seem to find the answer in the internet, they say different amounts. Oh, also, please make sure it's 2017 fee. Thank you!

Yes. They updated their fees last Dec. 23. :)

Hi Mrsrasco, we are aware about the increase last Dec 23, but applying it to every fees doesn't make sense. The process is the same, duration time frame, service the same, too much federalism. :)

Totally, everyone is undergoing the process.  In conclusion, we will remain thankful. Thanks CMKennedy you asked this question, we become more prepared to save some pera. Allocating funds is highly needed.

You can pay at anytime including after going through the POE , however, it is best to pay it a few weeks before one crosses the POE so that the green card is shipped to you without unnecessary delay.

One can pay for it anytime after you get your immigration visa. The visa has your alien registration number which is one of the entries required to pay the fee.

No harm paying it immediately but not necessary either but then why delay paying unnecessarily.

Hi deafguy72,

As far as we were informed, if you will do the DCF with US Embassy Manila, the $535 fee for filing the I-130 you must settle it with cash payments in dollars or in equivalent Phillipine money.

I am a bit confused about your statement,    "I was told to pay with the money order in the States I filed and now the case been waiting in Nebraska Center since April 10th my priority date"

If you are the petitioner, if you haven't filed and process yet your I-130 and pay the $535 fees how come that you have a case been waiting in Nebraska?   Or are you the applicant and your petitioner filed and processed your petition using I-130 with USCIS? Because if this is the case, your petitioner in USA will really need to pay the fees using money order.  Hope this helps. :)
