Hello VJ Members,

I moved to US via K1 in October, 2016 and then applied for AOS in December, 2016 and gave Biometric in Jan, 2017. Despite of my expedition request and involvement of Congressman I could´nt get EAD card. I got multiple professional job offer but I lost it due to work permit issue. I cant get my DL either so I am basically stuck at home and helpless. I am so frustrated and disgusted of all this #######.

Just wanted to know, did anyone from December filler got EAD or green card?

They grant many people's expedite for EAD with job offers, they approved our renewal expedite also.
Did you base it on financial hardship ? You are well within the processing times, a bit over 90 days currently,

104 days for us (with RFE) when it ran 75-100 dyas on average.

Yes there are a couple of early December filers who have received their EADs. However, there are still many November filers waiting, and some October filers too, so don't hold your breath.

Yeah I expedite it on the basis of job losses but no success and unfortunately the employer had to decline the offer

Thats weird, seems like they are randomly approving the case without being following the rule of 1st come and 1st serve. Its unfortunate for those whose case has been pending since October.Hopefully everyone from the last year get approve in the following week.

RFEs slow things down, sometimes a lot. So if an October filer had an RFE then the clock might have started over once USCIS received the RFE response, while someone in December might not have had an RFE at all.

Okay. Is there any other way to file for infopass apart from calling to Tier2?
