Has anyone seen this response from a Service Center before concerning a 129F?

I just got one when I inquired about my case.

"Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or

notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this correspondence."

It's not an RFE, denial, or approval. I think it means it's being looked at and no decision has been made.

Has anyone gotten one of these and if so how long did you wait for the 2NOA?

Sounds like you are under some type of AR review.

Everything I respond to is from personal knowledge, research or experience and I am in no means a lawyer or do I claim to be one. Everyone should read, research and be responsible for your own journey.

Yea I could see how it could be looked at that way but all cases are reviewed before they are approved so I would have to assume that review means adminstrative rather then we just got to your case and we are looking at it

Was this a response to an inquiry you made? Sure looks like it to me. I think they're telling you they're not done; when they are they'll let you know.......

Hi Johnny,

How are you and Kelly doing? Thank you and everything is going smooth so far. Johanna and I are very happy; she is starting to get nervous with the interview a month away. I can not wait. I will definitely stay in touch and thank you for the offer on the questions and/or assistance.
