My family is migrating to USA on F4 immigrant visa...our case was shifted to Mumbai consulate so the visa fee is not paid.

Mumbai consulate has asked us to bring the demand draft for visa fee...
we are total 4 applicants...so do we have to make separate demand draft of $325 for each person?
or only one of $1300 ( $325 x 4 )?

please reply if you have any idea... my interview is on 2nd march..

and can someone please confirm me about the F4 visa fee...can't find it on net..

Thanks in advance.

I recommend you to pay the fees online through their payment system using NVC invoice number. I believe that if you receive the one invoice the it should be one draft only else its depend up on the invoice you receive from NVC.

I filed for my wife and the Priority date is 16 Feb, 2017, IR1 visa type

Priority dates for CR\IR categories are moot. USC immediate relative category visas are always available, and thus no wait.

well , this is only the official definition that we don't have to wait. In fact , the processing is very slow currently and it takes up to 5 to 6 month to get approval from service centre, In my case my PD is 16 feb 2017, but they are working on August 2016 I  130, IR/CR so I have to wait this 6 months, Sadly!!

Please follow the instructions you received from the National Visa Center (NVC) that list the six steps you must take before NVC can schedule your visa interview appointment. This includes submitting to NVC various fees, forms and documents. Once NVC has received all the required items, they will let you know if anything is missing or incomplete. You can also find these instructions online at http://nvc.state.gov (English) and http://nvc.state.gov/espanol (Spanish). You will find contact information for NVC at http://nvc.state.gov/ask.

USC spouses go through a 6 mo process, whereas LPR spouses endure a 2-3 yr wait for priority date to be current.

well , that's true because LPR spouses have limitation on availability  of visas.  :o

Precisely. CR1s do not have such limitations, and thus PD is moot.
