F1 VISA Are my chances 0?

Hi everyone. I have been accepted to do a masters degree in the usa. I already have a B.S and a M.S (from the USA) but I had to overstay my VISA to get both of them.

Now I went back to my country by myself and probably have a 10 year bar, definitely.

The reason I am getting another master is that I'd like to pursue it in my field of study. My previous Master was in Engineering which I don't like to be honest.

I applied to Canada but no luck there mostly because my curriculum is really bad as I did not do any research within my field etc...for them to consider me. Every related job to my field I get rejected My main reason going to the usa is studying for a year or two, get research under my belt and move on with my field.

I have the resources (from my uncle) which makes the whole thing worse but i am giving it a shot. Is there anything I can do to shoot up my chances a bit?

Well, you already know that you a a ban so you won't be going to the USA anytime soon. No idea if there are waivers for F1 visas.

You can do a Masters in the UK.

Were you still in school after your visa expired with a valid I-20? If your I-20 was still good for the duration of your program, which it should be or the school wouldn't have let you stay in classes, then you shouldn't have any ban on returning, as long as you left within 60 days after you graduated.

Are there no MA programs and research opportunities in your prospective field in the UK or other European countries?

Really not enough details in this thread.

You mentioned that you overstayed your visa, but that does not mean anything - you can have an expired visa and a valid status, assuming you were properly enrolled as an international student and had valid I-20s.

In on itself, just because you want to study in the US again, means nothing to US consular officials - if you really did violate your status, then there is no way back at this time.
