Hello my fiancée is in the USA and we are married within 90 days. She came on a fiancée visa. However, the was an omission of her child (minor), in all forms. He was not coming with her at the time. We married over a year ago. She did tell the doctor in the medical exam that she had a kid, but there is no proof of that. Is there a fix? Have you guys had a similar situation?
