Hello all,

I am helping a friend for a K1 visa. We just mailed the package and realized we send it to a wrong address. Instead send it to Dallas lockbox for K1, we send it to this address PO Box 279030 Dallas, TX 75227 which is the the address for Petition For immigrant alien worker. Oh my,what a mess.. Now, we don't know what's gonna happen next.Please help if u have any info about it.Thank you and appreciate it.

They probably will return the petition and you just mail it back to the appropriate address.

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

Application Sent to the Wrong Filing Location

If you sent your application to the wrong filing location, we will forward your application to the correct Lockbox facility. If the application is not processed by a Lockbox facility, it is returned to the customer.

Hello,  we sent to a wrong address too. My fiance sent our packet last March 4 but until now we didn't hear any update.

@liragbc how was the k1 packet status of your friend? Was the application sent to the right address by the USCIS..
