Hello,

I have an expired WT visa. I am now married to my girlfriend and we're getting ready to file for AOS. We both live in the US. Do I apply for AOS? Or is there a step before AOS? She is a citizen. And also, she doesn't make enough to sponsor me. I have someone that can sponsor me but I'm not sure if they are considered a second sponsor and my wife the first sponsor. This is on the application Pt. 1, section 1.d. Is my wife the first sponsor and my relative the joint sponsor? I hope this makes sense. Does my wife income and taxes need to go on affidavit of support? I also work and file taxes, do I submit my tax returns? Or do I submit this info as extra data?

Thanks for helping me!
