Ok I'm working with a guy  name Fred wahl. Going to try to keep this short. Am so new to this but my question is I have crimnal record first ever so they gave me chance so is all misd....none involved drugs/murder/ or anything high... Just battery/property damage/ also i think resisting without violance........but before all that mother of my child put a restraining order of domestic violence/child.....but she cut it off less then 2 months also never violated the order. So is not a criminal change. Can this effect me? Of bringing her to me?

Also how long is the procces? Am in Ma she lives in the Philippines..........
