Hello

Just starting our K1 and the forms are pretty simple. Question is the evidence of relationship/meeting. I have been in a legit relationship for over 7 months including living together overseas and my fiancée visiting me here in the USA for over 30 days. We have enough evidence to send a box to USCIS including pics facebook airline info etc. The question I ask is what to send with so much evidence?  What and how much of our evidence?  Any tips?

It is totally up to you really but airline ticket stubs proving you guys met, pictures with family and friends, prove of living together is enough I would say :) I think I sent like 10 - 15 pics, airlines tickets + our chat history. They probably wont even look at all the evidence you sent.

Good luck :)

A couple more questions...

We don't have any pictures with time stamps (who even does these days?) they are all on our iPhones, Facebook, etc.  What format does the government want?  Print out actual photos and write info on the back?  Screenshots of our Facebook accounts?

Regarding airline proof.  I don't think either of us has any actual ticket stubs but we certainly have email ticket confirmations etc.  Is that acceptable to print out and use?

Thanks!

Follow VJ's K1 Visa guide and scroll down to the detailed information regarding proof of relationship:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

My fiance and I submitted 4 photos, wrote down the dates and locations the photos were taken on the back of each photo, submitted 3 bus passes she took from Vancouver BC to Seattle to visit, and 2 Airlines tickets we took together to trips to Hawaii and San Francisco.  We had no issues.

Also, the photos we took had distinguishable landmarks of places we visited: Honolulu Waikiki, Golden Gate Bridge, Space Needle.

We sent no affidavits from family or friends regarding our relationship.

Follow the VJ K1 Visa guide and you will be fine.

YES :) I printed them out and wrote in a back date and place. It doesn't have to be exact date. You can save any photo you want from your iphone, facebook and etc on usb drive and get them printed. Stamps in the passport would work as well to prove that you have traveled to each others countries. You could also get a letter from friends and family, it doesn't hurt however like I mentioned before you don't have to have a lot. Most of them wont even look at all the pics.

Also follow the guidelines here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

and on USCIS.gov

Good luck
