DS-3025 Please Help! Vaccine Question

Hello. I was wondering if someone can clear something up for me. I am slightly confused by my husbands vaccine record. I know he didn't get the varicella vaccine (they were out) but the bottom is checked off saying requirements complete...but then on the back the doctor wrote due now next to varicella.. I am assuming he needs it before I send in the AOS paperwork but it said complete so I am slightly confused. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. This site is amazing and I have been able to find all my answers through this whole process. Anyway, I am trying to attach a photo of it but it says it's too large so I'm not sure how to do that. Thanks!
