how to get my son

I need some help my usc husband want to petition my son who 4 years old we don't know how to file

does anyone here from the vj friends know how to start the process for my son?

I'm in cr1 visa I came in the us. last February,10.2017..

He has to file a I-130 for the child.

 

Just curious you don't have to answer. If you just got here (22 days ago) and you already want the child to come also why did you guys not file a CR-2 visa for him so he could have come with you?

because we don't how and we got denied at first time interview and my medical will going to get expired and my visa also , my visa will expired at end of march so I have no time to change it to join me my son,i need to leave my country before my cr1 visa got expired
