Georgia, I did my best. I'm not good in arguing face to face. If I would have right to argue with them I would have proved my relationship. But consulars are God here in consulates or maybe they were directed to not issue Visa, especially if cases are interracial. I met a friend in visa journey and his case was similar to me. He applied after me and got approved before me, only difference was that he was lucky enough that his interview was taken by an American based Indian consular.

You don't argue with a CO.

What you should have done is front loaded your petition. (Don't know if you did this or not)

I still believe the not enough face time is a problem in your case.

COs aren't God, they're humans who have to weed out the good cases from fraudulent ones.

Indian nationals meeting Americans on fb, interracial relationships all bring extra scrutiny. Do you have a large age differential? Any CO could ask what has prevented you from marrying in the years you've known each other. Spousal has higher odds.

My evidences are in a big rim and plus I gave him more evidences. As per him he need time to go through these evidences. But I can't understand why he mentioned visa application rejected. I'm still confused if mentioning rejected is just for that time of interview only or they just ended everything. I would plan to marry thereafter, but I can't marry until this process is going on of fiance visa

It just mean they couldn't issue it to you now they have to look into it further and then you will know if you get denied or approved. AP can take a long time.

The fault is mine as I got nervous at the time of interview. She is 6 yrs older then me and is divorced twice, she has 2 kids. She is a single from last 7 years and she is beautiful and Young. If you guys think it can be a red flag?

Those are ALL flags.  If you brought home an older, twice-divorced mom of two kids Indian gal, would your family agree you marrying her?

Your odds just went down considerably.

I feel sorry for you both.  I know how it feels when your fiancee only gets 9 days leave. I had to my visit my fiance in America as he just could not get paid time off  from work and he had children to support so could not take unpaid leave.

I use to visit him when he was my boyfriend, then subsequently my fiance, but unfortunately you're from a country that probably doesn't do a visa waiver scheme, so it makes it a virtual impossibility for both of you.

I do hope that the person adjudicating your case can see how happy you both seem to be, just from the picture I see.  I can't tell you much about 221g well nothing to be honest, However,   I do know AP takes a while even in the UK, probably much longer. Bear with it and see what happens.  The only other thing I can suggest is perhaps get married in India and go from there if you get refused the K1. It's just a suggestion, but remember one thing where there is a will there is a way! Believe!

I wish much luck to both of you.

You are from UK very easy embassy and there it would be normal. The problem is the culture in India for this.

UK and India cultures may have different expectations of grown children. Having lived in India, my view is Indian parents expect a younger, child-bearing wife for a son.

Yes, the cultures are vastly different as are the choices to travel to see your fiance or loved one and yes I am lucky to have been born in the UK.  Love is love though, children or no children and no matter how old you are.

I also realise that India is classed as a high fraud country as regards to K1 and such, unfortunately this has a knock on effect for people who do fall in love and all I can say on this particular topic is that I feel sorry for the couple and I wish them much luck! Life is too short to be unhappy.

Indian parents tend to have a greater say in a son\daughter's choice of a wedding partner than a British parent.

Well my UK parents had no say as they are deceased, but you can be sure if my mum was alive she would have a HUGE opinion.  LOL!  I am sure the parents of the groom approve as there is a big wedding planned 150 guests, if I remember correctly.

I do realise that there is a HUGE culture difference, but all I want to do  and not very eloquently it seems, is wish the couple luck with the decision and their forthcoming life together!!

I know there is cultural difference in India but in america multiple marriage is usual. An American citizen has applied for a visa to marry USA, how does it matter to a consular how indian culture is.

She is beautiful and pretty woman and we make a cute couple. Her last 2 marriages didn't worked because of compatibility issues. If I would see a girl like her in india before I met my fiancée, I would have married her, irrespective of age, marriage status etc. I'm well educated and Modern man, believes in open mind thoughts not conservative.

My parents agreed because they believe in indian astrology. My horoscope is not that easy to match with any girl and that's why I was single till I met her, I'm 34 now. it is a coincidence that my horoscope matched with her and our compatibility scored 26 out of 36 which is a good sign. Never matched with 1000 of horoscopes my parents tried before, and agreed when they saw score and approved by an astrologer.

Whole thing is that I could not put up my case well in front of consular as they are trained to deny visa irrespective of how much your case is genuine.

Let me know how you get on please. Remember, think positive things and positive things will happen.  Also don't give up hope just because it seems like an eternity for AP. I will say a prayer for you both.
