You simply count back 90 days from the GC expiration date, the Residence Since date is immaterial for ROC.  By my count you can file for I751 no earlier than May 21st.  I would probably plan on filing around May 30th as you don't want to be early, and start putting your package together now as it is much more extensive from a proof of relationship standpoint than the initial review for the marriage visa.   I haven't really researched the naturalization timing yet, but I know it is something like three years from the Residence Since date.

Good Luck!

Was this the only card you ever received? I am wondering why your card expiration is 8/19/17 but not 4/21/17 (2 years after your "resident since" date).

Thank you for your response Bill and Katya ! That really helped :) at first i was wondering if i should start on apr. 21 since thats the day that i got approved as a residence. But when i was checking online, it says i should count on the expiration date of GC not on the residence since for i751.

for naturalization that's the one that I should count from Residence since?
