They are just probably starting to schedule for April.... we gotta give them few days even into early next week if not end of this week....  Hope for the best... good luck all....keep us informed on what they are saying..

We shouldn't expect it until at least March. The embassies send their availabilities during the month prior. So for April the embassies will send the availability in March. Usually towards the beginning, but still hard to know. I'm not bothering to call until March (and I"ll probably wait until ~March 10 before I start calling).

Okay thanks, I got through to them yesterday. But the wait was ridiculous and i didn't get much of an update,just that my case is still under review. I have to stop calling in the evenings I think that's why I had to wait so long.

Next time I will call in the morning.  Thanks for the tip!

Did you ask them what was your scan date?  Because my scan date was January 18 and case completed feb 1st.    Received date do they mean the date they received your package by mail?

I asked them what the scan date was, they said oh when we received it, December 29.  And that's really all they said. I asked for an estimate on how long it would be they said they couldn't say.  I said that it's been more than the eight weeks time, he was like yeah it's a little over, and didn't say anything else.  I was like so I just have to wait still, he said yes.  and that was it.  I will try to call tomorrow morning maybe I can get a more clear answer.  I used the prompt 3 to see if they received my mail, maybe that's why I got more vague answers.  I feel like my case shouldve been complete already.  IDK what's taking so long.

I agree.  It should have been complete.  What state are you in?  I usually just press prompt 4.

I'm in New Jersey.  Prompt 4 is to schedule an interview right?

Yes it is but it doesn't matter. Once a NVC rep picks up they can view everything.  Ask questions.  Whats the scan date?  Have you guys started scheduling interviews?  Typical timeframes?

Hi 29th December was scan date of your case. You ask rep that you want to talk with supervisor or request them send your case to supervisor otherwise they will take time.
