Hi There!

My husband just did his biometrics last week for the i-765 as well as the i-485.  (We filed i-765, i-130 and i-485)

What has been your  timeline and/or experience on receiving your work authorization card as well as your interview for residency?

If you look at timelines, most people are getting their EADs around the 90-95 days mark from the day uscis received their applications.

When you do your biometrics is basically irrelevant.

Where is your uscis local office?  I think the timeline for AOS depends on where your local office is. :)

You can check the timeline in here visajourney and uscis official timeline, although timelines now on uscis page are as of 31 of Dec.

My wife did her biometrics about a month ago for her I-485 and I-765.   As of today it has been 75 days since the receipt date and the only update is that is says as of February 3rd they are ready to schedule her interview for her I-485. We have yet to receive an appointment date in the mail. My understanding is that it takes about 90 days to get the EAD, but I was on the phone today with the USCIS to see why there are no updates online and the gentleman said that effective January "something" (can't remember the exact date) the 90 days no longer applies and it could take months. I told him that the USCIS website says to call if you haven't heard anything in 75 days or longer and he insisted that no longer applied and that is now incorrect information.
