Wait time for visa interview date U.S Dhaka embassy

Our F4 visa case completed last month and package was sent to US Dhaka embassy.This was emailed to us on January 20th.  
But still no news or contract from embassy. Is this ok? How much time they normally take to schedule a date and letting it know?Does it depends on the load of other visa interviews like f1? Because at this period a lot student visas r processed I think.(btw priority date became current few months ago.)
