 I'm shipping off my AOS package on monday and this is how it looks like,

any advice?

·         Passport photo of U.S. Citizen, (placed in a small plastic bag named and dated by U.S. citizen)

·         Passport photo of Beneficiary (placed in a small plastic bag named and dated by Beneficiary)

·         Copy of biographical page of beneficiary’s passport.

·         Copy of beneficiary’s U.S. Visa with Entry Stamp.

·         Copy of I-94 form.

·         Evidence of Bona fide Marriage

ü  Copy of Joint Bank Statement for our Checking Account

ü  Copy of Joint Credit Card Statement Capital One

ü  (January 3rd- January 27th 2016), Letter from Capital One

ü  Copy of Joint phone bill

ü  (January and February)

ü  Affidavit of Common Residence

ü  Copy of Planned Parenthood, Intrauterine Contraceptive Consent Sheet          (Signed by U.S. Citizen and Alien Spouse)

ü  Copy of communication between the Beneficiary and U.S. citizen on Social Media

ü  (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram)

ü  Copy of plane ticket of U.S. citizen from Atlanta, G.A. to Seattle W.A. to be with Alien Spouse.

ü  Cards between Spouses and mail sent from W.A. To G.A. through USPS

ü  Letter sworn by family members about the bona fide of our marital relationship.

ü  St. Valentines 2017 Receipts of gifts.

ü  Selection of pictures that document relationship and marriage

 

 

 

 

5.      Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

·         Copy of beneficiary’s passport biographical page.

·         Copy of passport visa page with entry stamp

·         Copy of Beneficiary’s Birth certificate (Along with English translation)

·         G-325A Signed by Beneficiary

·         G-325A Signed by U.S. Citizen

·         Two passport photos (Named and dated by beneficiary and U.S. citizen placed in a small plastic bag)

·         I-693 Vaccination Supplement (Completed by a Civil Surgeon sealed in an envelope)

 

6.      I-864 Affidavit of Support- Primary Sponsor

·         Explanation for Petitioner not being required to file for 2014 and 2015 tax year

·         Copy of petitioner’s Birth Certificate (front and back)

·         Copy of Income Tax Return

·         Copy of W2

·         Most Recent Pay Stubs

7.      I-864 Affidavit of Support -Joint Sponsor

·         Copy of Joint Sponsor’s U.S passport, Social Security Card and Driver’s License

·         Copy of Receipt for payment of home tax (using assets to support I-864)

·         Copy of 2016 home tax bill (showing fair market value of house)

·         Copy of warranty of property at the time of purchase

·         Copy of bank of America letter

·         Copy of Wells Fargo letter

·         Check Remittance (paystubs)

·         Copy of 2016 Income Tax Return

·         Copy of 2016 1099 Form

·         Copy of 2015 Income Tax Return

·         Copy of 2014 Income Tax Return

 

8.      I-765 Application for Employment Authorization
