I haven't heard anything. It got touched once since applying. Now I think I put the wrong category code on it. I believe it should have been c(9) and I put a(6). I tried calling but that wasn't much help.

it means it was placed in a more appropriate forum for you. You may want to look HERE to follow along with USCIS guidelines for processing times. Currently they state Dec 27, and last updated the site on 3/15/07, so hedge a bet they are dealing with January still at the moment. You could always do a quick search through the Working prior to greencard forum to see who is being currently approved.

I filed my EAD concurrently with I-130 and AOS on Feb 14th, and my NOA1 date is Feb 20th. Based on my research, most of the Feb filers should be getting the approvals by the end of April or by early May. Hang On! It's coming soon!!!! Seems like mid January-lateJ January filers are getting approval emails/letters right now.

I know....this process is very aggraveting. It used to be much easier to get an EAD until 4 years ago. My firend who got married to USC in year 2002 got her EAD on the same day as she filed her petition. I think the process got so much more complicated when USCIS became Homeland Security.

Understandable that they can't give us an EAD on the same day, but 90 days processing time seems bit too long!!!
