Hi everyone,

My fiancée sent the first papers in mid-January, and she got the Form I-797 6 days after. Now we do not have news.

I wanted to check the processing time on the USCIS' website but it's written June 2016, like w_t_f it's still not updated ?

I've also googled this topic but every answers are super old.

Do you guys, have an idea about the processing time of the validation for the documents ?

Thanks for your help,

Cheers from France.

Hope this helps you.

I-129F generally takes about 2-4 months.  You won't hear anything unless they need something (RFE), you're approved, or you're denied.  The process is very opaque.
