Back to the topic of this post which you keep diverting from. The judge essentially ruled that there is ample evidence that CNN reported fake news to move forward with the case despite CNNs objections. I would say the title of this thread is accurate.

  Once again, the judge said CNN's comparison of open heart pediatric surgeries at St. Mary's to the national average for all pediatric heart surgeries may have been malicious. The case will go forward and the facts remain to be presented. If that individual statistic is found to be purposely misleading, they may have a case. The rest of the report, if you don't remember, was that this hospital did not perform enough of these surgeries to attain a basic level of competency, should have been transferring these patients to a different facility, and that they were primarily doing these cases in an attempt to establish the revenue stream that such a program generates will all factor in the outcome of this case. There is also the case that Dr. Black misrepresented his level of competency to the families of the patients involved, many who died as a result of that 'competence' or had to be transferred to other facilities after the fact. I don't think the result is a forgone conclusion.

  I didn't respond to that thread, just read it. It's the thread where you posted the alternative facts about the 9th circuit court ruling. The person who responded schooled you and you didn't come back to either back up what you posted or to admit you were wrong. Obviously it was the latter, and busy or not,  you do know there is more credibility in admitting it when you are wrong than in just posting things you read on the internet and leaving when you get called on it.
