just submit all the documents and you would be fine and Trump has nothing to do with Immigration right now.

I would not say that Trump has nothing to do with Immigration right now. He could do much to make the IR1/CR1 process much more drawn out and worse, on top of which he could easily add additional countries to the ban list (provided it survives judicial review).

However, I do agree this is not something you should worry about, after all what exactly can you do? You have to apply and hope for the best. Worrying about things outside your control is only going to make you feel worse. Provide as much bonafide evidence as you can and make sure you fill out all forms correctly and appropriately. There's not much else you can do outside of that.

Can you send additional evidence after NOA1 ... without them asking for it ?

mark the envelope with a cover letter inside ?

Do NOT send any additional evidence to USCIS after your initial submission. There's no guarantee it will get linked up with your application. It's best to wait for either an RFE or you can submit additional evidence at the NVC stage (commonly referred to as side-loading on the VisaJourney website). I'd highly recommend you wait for one of these two options.

No Pakistan is not as tough as Ghana embassy, i had my interview in a tough times and they only ask my name and who sponsored me, that was it. same as for my family.

Not everyone is as lucky in pakistan. Fiances and spouses get extra scrutiny in certain countries (since san bernadino).

Post-wedding evidence should be part of NVC submission to mitigate RFE risks.

ok thank you

i am just getting paranoid .... i sent a pretty solid set of evidence in my opinion ( Join bank statement, we had a huge wedding and some amazing pictures with family, sent post wedding pictures of us hanging out, my brothers and mine airline ticket to attend wedding, wedding ring receipt which i bought in Los angeles and ofcourse marriage certificates ) + whatsapp chat + affidavits ....

my cousin last year applied and only sent her marriage certificate and she had her visa in 1 year

also generally in Pakistan couples rarely meet before marriage i am sure they understand this ( its a cultural thing )

as far as i know i talked to Senator and he assured me that right now nothing is changing process is going as it was before so again i dont think Trump has anything to do with Immigration right now except those 7 countries which were affected but not for long because right now court of appeals for the ninth circuit stopped Trump's order.
