actually, yeah they do and have with canadians/mexicans because prior to 2007.. even sooner you never got stamped to go thru the border they just waved you through.

Yes exactly I would always cross the border with showing the visa and they would just wave me in. Actually everyone would always jist be waved by the officer back then. Last time i came to the US was in 2004 and never went back since then. So my big question is anyone have adjusted status by just showing your expired b1 visa?

Ok after hours and hours I've found that my visa is a BCC (Border Crossing Card) thats the reason I always said I don't have an i-94. I came 2004 and well i have records of school and stuff. I'm sure someone has adjusted status by showing front and back copies of the laser visa. Uscis know they would never give out i-94. My lawyer said he would write that since he was a cbp ofccier and accept that

I guess the next question that needs to be asked is why was the visa card cancelled or revoked?

There are plenty of people who have adjusted status with an expired visa, but a revoked or cancelled visa I'm not so sure.

Is this a continuation of this thread?  The question then is if the visa is expired vs revoked\cancelled.

After reading the other thread it appears your visa simply expired because you've been in the states for about 12 years without leaving. My wife is Canadian and she never received I-94's when entering the states. On you AOS application where it asks for the I-94 number simply put N/A. USCIS will know the circumstances behind it with your being from Mexico. My wife was never asked about it.

Your wife adjusted status through only showing bcc?

Canadians do not receive border crossing cards, (unless it's a Nexus card). My wife adjusted status with no I-94 information, it wasn't applicable for her and it isn't applicable for you either. My wife had her Canadian passport, nothing else regarding entry to the US.

Yea it wasn't applicable for me. How was the interview with the officer saying there was mo i-94? Was it smooth?
