Does anyone who has done email processing know if you receive an email from NVC was they receive your emailed AOS and IV packets?

I got an email requesting that I resend a tax transcript because it was password protected. I can't believe how fast EP is, I emailed the docs Saturday, they were closed tues/wed, and yesterday (day 5) I got the third NA. Just got off the phone with the rep and she stated they reviewed everything and they have everything they need, case was reviewed, now up for a final review and should be a couple of business days if that.

Yeah, EP is ridiculously fast. I am expecting CC by the end of the month.

Ok, thank you. I guess I will just keep checking for the 3 N/As and not wait up for an email.

First I wish u alllll the best luck. Me and u right now are in the same exact list. I emailed doc on Thursday and called them Friday " u suggested not to call them and weight till Monday " after I sent them on Thursday they sent me an auto email that they received it. How ever it takes 26 to 48 hours so they can see it. Called on Friday night they said we received it but u need to re send it again we can't open the email something is wrong. "Everyone been saying different way to send the docs" I re send it with a fix of something that I'm thinking is the issue.

So you are saying you received a confirmation email saying they received your packets through email? And the following day they were already trying to open the email?

Sorry what is N/A s .... what is CC?  ... who u know the scan dates ??

Thanks.

On CEAC it shows the status of payments made. When the AOS changes from "PAID" to "N/A", that is considered case complete (CC).

If you go online now, you will notice the two other sections show "N/A", so when AOS fee status changes, you have 3 N/As.

The scan date is the date NVC receives your AOS and IV packets.

Yes. So exactly I called them after 31 and half. They said we received it but we can't open it resend it again. So after I sent it After 30 mins they sent me an email. As below. And it's an auto one.

Ok, others have said they did not receive a confirmation email, so maybe you received one because you contacted them, or because you had to send it again.

Did anyone doing email processing call to confirm that their email had been received? The rep I spoke with said he was unable to confirm if they had received my email because he "did not have access to the email server".

Okay. Any questions regarding email processing. Please ask me I feel now I'm really so full of information about it. Okay so first. To know if NVC have received ur case YOU MUST CALL IN THE MORNING people who work at night are * homeless and they sleep in the building and they might not so full of information.

keep calling never give up keep calling try all ur best to get a real answer. Since the 16th I sent all my email processing and really to much headache. And when I called on the 20th or 21st the said it's going to take up to 11 weeks. I said fine just making sure u have my file. And the 28th at midnight they sent me a checklist of papers I have sent 3 times. * my case was going to be finalized without this issue.

They do not take up to 11 weeks I don't feel that. But however at least they touch ur file.

Please keep calling until u get a good information about your case.

Best of luck to u.

Thanks for your response. I have talked with others who have said the representatives on the phone are not very helpful when it comes to confirmation of emails being received. I guess I just have to be patient (that really has been the key this whole time anyway). I know it is a huge blessing to be able to use email processing and that I will probably hear something this next week, it just makes me even more impatient knowing we are so close and at any time we could be getting a case complete. Especially when I have seen others using EP get CC in less time than I have been waiting lol

You've got to wonder if now that they've officially said 11 weeks for review that even though EP is faster, they still may take that little bit longer because they can. They don't give any time frame for EP so we have to pretty much speculate how long it'll take. I'm hoping you hear this week - it'll give me a lot of hope for me when I submit in a few week😊

If they can give a scan date for manual processing, why not EP??
