Congratulations. I filed in June and still waiting for my interview...

Thank you! I think it has to do with your local office. The five boroughs all have different processing times - I filed from Queens and it seems to be the fastest.

Just got my interview notice for November 1st.... a month and a half before our 2 year anniversary :(

Wondering if I should:

a) be pro-active and re-do my medical to avoid a post-interview RFE. (Or is it just a transcribed vaccination part?! So confused!)

b) not re-do my medical and leave it up to the officer (50/50 chance right?)

If i DON'T redo it, I could still be approved which would result in a 2 year card (depending on delays etc).

Or if the officer wants another medical, I would get an RFE, in turn delaying the process, which would put us over the 2 year mark and would result in a 10 year card- right?

Anyone wanna weigh in on this?

I want to vomit with anxiety.

Hi, what did you decide to do with regards your medical exam? I'm planning to re-do mine as soon as I get interview date, but if I thought there was a chance I didn't need to re-do it, I'd be very happy!

Hi Everyone

PD: 05/25/2017 in NYC

My case has been ready for an interview since March 2018.

I applied for a replacement work EAD/AP Card 5/25, still waiting for that to come (there's currently  5-6 month wait).

I know I cannot travel outside US without that card.  Has anyone had any trouble with domestic flights without this card, is it fine to travel with passport with no current visa?

As long as its a domestictravel

I did my exam on July last year, and had an interview last week, I was at board when I got the interview letter, so I changed my flight to come back for the interview,  but I didn’t redo the medical exam before the interview since I don’t have enough time .

I was thinking maybe just send them my new exam after interview  if it’s necessary.

And the interview officer indeed asked me when did I do the exam , and tell me I don’t need to redo it . And 3days later, my card is on the way .

Informed Delivery says a package via Pitney Bowes is arriving today. I looked up the tracking number and it's coming from Chicago (ELK GROVE VILLAGE IL DISTRIBUTION CENTER). Anyone know if this is an RFE, green card, or something else?

This was... a halloween costume 😂

Was so hopeful since I read USCIS works with Pitney Bowes...
