I was at work today and the officer taking care of my case apparently, called me on my phone just for a heads up that my medical exam is expired and that i need a new one for the interview.

very friendly person btw and also said is all good with the case.

I just got like: ####### when he said: THIS IS - dont remember the name now- from immigration and citizenship, how are you? LOL

I did hear that people get calls right before interview from USCIS on redoing their ME! Was wondering if it's spam but looks like its not! Good luck on your upcoming interview! Still waiting for my interview notice.. Did you get any RFE or was it pretty smooth for you? My fingerprint notice was returned as undeliverable at first so it took me some extra time to get fingerprints done.

No RFE during the whole process.

What I thought that was funny was the IO when I told him I was aware of the me being expired and was already working on getting a new one and he was like “ OH GOD I AM SO HAPPY TO HEAR THAT BECAUSE EVERYTIME I CALL PEOPLE TO TELL THEM THEY NEED TO REDO IT THEY THINK IS A LIE OR THAT THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME FOR THAT... BUT AMAZING, ALL GOOD WITH YOU AND YOUR CASE AND I SEE YOU ON AUGUST 1st!!! HAVE A GREAT DAY”

HAHAHA i believe they want to close up as many pending cases as possible given how many petitions are backed up right now so it makes sense to me.

Thanks so much for sharing! Which field office did you file from? I've noticed that Queens seems to be moving faster than the other boroughs.

i searched online and i found a few people saying they had to go to the 9 floor and from there they got redirected to another floor.
