We didn’t get approval or denial, just pending result, but told we could expect approval but may have to submit a new medical exam.  we had an overseas exam during the K1 process - I explained and showed USCIS documentation from the medical exam instructions pdf that - while, yes, it’s been more than a year since we filed, that the requirement was only that we file our overseas exam document within a year of the exam.  The agent told us that she would have to check with her supervisor but thought that we would need a new exam.  

 

About an hour after we left, we received the status update that our new card is in production, so I’m guessing the supervisor agreed with me, and / or the agent decided to approve us.

Just left the federal plaza.   We got there 30 minutes before it was scheduled and went up straight to the 9th floor. from there they redirected us to the 4th. when the girl called

@Teemo sure thing, I updated my timeline just before posting this, planned on doing the interview experience deal after work this evening 

Citizenship process complete!  First a J1 work/travel Visa visitor from Philippines to Texas where we met each other, then back to Philippines.  Ultimately, immigrated here via a K1 Marriage-based petition in 2016, AOS started in 2017, completed in 2018, ROC started/completed in 2020, N-400/Citzenship granted in 2022 - timeline link below:

Hello everyone, Just wanted to update my status.. My PD date is 6-30-2017 and yesterday we received the letter in the mail for the interview. July 11th. Yeahhhh after the long wait .

Hello I am September filer. 2017 

got my ead in November 2017 

sent my application again for renew of my ead. I still haven’t got any interview letter. 

I am from New York City. 

I m adjusting my status from b1 to gc. 

PD: 09/08/2017

They received: 09/11/17

Biometeric: 10/06/17

i485 changed to case is ready to schedule 10/18/17

No Ead yet as of 11/30/17 it's been 80 days yet.
