Hi 

 need ur help regarding my situation please help me. Interview was 16 feb 2016 .given 221g need new joint sponsor.sent joint sponsor 2 dec 2016 .they did not checked or recive ,sent again joint sposnor package 2 jan 2017.embassy recive 12 jan.case update 12,13,26 .date 26 recived call from embassy and told need w2 for finalizing case.sent w2  3 feb 2017. Embassy recived 6 feb.they confirmed by email.now 17 feb CEAC show case expiring soon. 

 What is happen please help me.embassy is close till monday.

i need ur opinion and help desperately.my case is i130.i also attached CEAC status .

Out of curiosity, why did it take you so long to provide a joint sponsor from the date of your interview to when you sent it in? That was nearly a year in length, or did you put the wrong dates?

Okay. I think that might be where your problem lies, usually you only have a limited time to produce more evidence/what they require. It might be that you just ran down the clock. Hopefully someone else can chime in, but it looks from that message you might have to start again...?

I am surprised they allowed that long even really. That's a long time to hold a case open.

It seems to me that the response you last got is pretty final. It looks like there's not much hope in re-instating the case unless you can prove that you did everything in your power. Did you miss something from the original 221g? If you followed to the letter then I wouldn't imagine it would have just been cancelled. I don't think you have much choice but to wait until Monday when the embassy opens again and see what you can find out. With limited information about your case and such a long length of time between your getting back to them, I'd imagine the clock just got run down. No harm in trying to find out what you can on Monday.

No i sent everything .i sent by tax transcripts by embassy web email .cos they told me u can send by email too.When they checked email  they let know they recived it.and also told if visa officer required that original be submitted.we will write back to u.

 Thats all
