Who should sign the extra sheets like how we met and extra informations for thr beneficiary like long address ? And how many signatures for the beneficiary to sign except for g325a and letter intend to marry

It depends on what exactly is being submitted, but the I-129F paperwork is the beneficiary's. So any paperwork related to the I-129F itself would generally be signed by the beneficiary. Signatures should be for whoever is attesting to the information. For example, an attachment explaining how the you met the beneficiary is your account of the events, and therefore you would sign it. The same for providing an attachment for the I-129F for a long address. If, for example, you were providing a document from a friend of your relationship being valid, then your friend would need to sign that document.

 

The G-325A and the letter of intent to marry are the only required forms that the beneficiary needs to provide and sign for the I-129F.
