i belive it was complete12/ 30/ 2016

If that is your case complete date you should go ahead and call the National Visa Center (i use skype, way cheaper than landline from outside the US) and see whats going on. My case complete date was the 10th of feb and on the 16th i was scheduled at my embasssy. What does your nvc status say, when you log on?

when i call them what should i have in had ''things they would ask me for ''..( when i log in   it tt says '' To process your case, you must first pay any required fees. Then, each applicant accompanying the principal applicant to the United States will need to complete the online IV Application . The IV Application may be partially completed and finished later, or may be completed at one time. However, once submitted, please contact the NVC if you need to update the form. Once received, it will take the NVC 2 to 4 weeks to review your case. If any additional information is required after the review, the NVC will notify the applicant (or the applicant’s agent).'' ) and that it ..should i go ahead and call them ??
