My first interview was last December 2016 my second interview was first week of February almost 2 months before I received an email confirmation for my second interview. But you will not need second interview if you don't have lacking of requirements or consular need to disclosed something. :) Good luck.

My experience ,Done interview last February 9,2017, at US Embassy Manila,probably I did not convince the CO about our legit marriage and the staff in window 70 told me that I have to come back for second interview. And told me they will call me for rescheduled date. They kept my passport and son passport together with our original documents but not given any 221g form. When I checked my visa status it shows that Adminitrative Processing… I asked the staff when they will call me for my another schedule he said that they will call me this week…..But until now no one call.   Is it possible after review they gonna give me an Issued visa without interview???..Thanks

Hi Carla what you can do now is wait for their email confirmation for the second interview. That happened to me after my first interview they sent me home saying I will be inform for my second interview in a week. I don't receive 221g form. When I got home I'm so frustrated and sad my status is under AP. week pass by didn't hear from them. I go to their website and send them inquiry about my case. They response and advice me to wait. I had waited so long for my second interview it took almost 2 months before getting email for my second interview instruction's. But I'm glad they keep your passport; they kept mine too. I don't know if you're talking about the public response. That's the message I received from them stating escalated and is still on process. I got that message after I message them. About 3 days getting that message I got email for my second interview. I don't want to speculate but I really don't have a clue what they meant for that message.

 

But Moving forward to the other question. Yes I had my interview at the window not close door but just usual process just like the first interview. The same consular. :) I hope I am helping you out. I'm also interviewed at Manila US embassy.just be patient and pray. Good luck and God bless you. :)

I don't want to speculate and give you a wrong information.but in my experience though the message state they'll response within 1-2 business days what happened to me almost 1-2 weeks getting update from them. I just give them time and wait because that's the only thing I can do. You can message them @support@ustraveldocs.com
