Good evening/morning to you all!

I'm finally in the process of sending my fiancé the documents necessary for our K-1 Fiance visa interview in a couple of weeks after she schedules it this week and before I send the packet and pay the visa fee I ran across a couple of questions that I was hoping y'all could answer:

1) One of my banks insisted on sending a copy of my bank information to the embassy in Manila. My family and I tried to explain that it wasn't necessary, but their legal department insisted. We did receive an emailed copy to put in our packet. Will this be ok?

2) For updated intention to marry letter, I know we change the date closer to the time of the interview, but do we change the address as well?
The address that I currently have on the letter file is the USCIS office in the states. Should I use the Manila Embassy address? If so, what is it?

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Cheers

We did receive an emailed copy to put in our packet. Will this be ok? Are you using assets/savings as primary income for the I-134? If not, then the bank statements are not needed. If your current income is over the 100% poverty guideline then you really only need pay stubs, letter from employer, and W2's or tax transcripts for past 3 years.

2) For updated intention to marry letter, I know we change the date closer to the time of the interview, but do we change the address as well?
The address that I currently have on the letter file is the USCIS office in the states. Should I use the Manila Embassy address? If so, what is it? Correct. Updated date closer to the interview, probably best within 30 days, and yes, use the Manila embassy address.
