same here. except that I went last August and Im still waiting. each case is different tho. If u hit your 120 day mark without a decision after the interview you can always call the National number and ask to speak to an IO about your case so he or she can submit an inquiry for you to your local office. Always check your case status and set the alert notifications so you'll know if something changes. Best of Luck!

Two months is little long but not unheard-of. What was the reason he/she couldn't recommend you for approval? Unfortunately not much you can do before you pass the 120 day mark, from there on all is fair. Infopass, service request, congressional assistance, etc. My recommendation would be making infopass and specifically ask to speak with the officer who interviewed you. That would be the fastest way to learn what is going on.

Can I ask why they wouldn't make a decision? 

I've never heard of this. Usually ppl do not pass and they apply for citizenship again

My status changed to an oath ceremony letter was mailed to you
