You can meet anywhere in the world that you choose to.

For the I-129F petition all you have to do is meet once in person within two years and be free and able to marry.

Now, for the petition that is fine.. but with Morocco, the embassy there is a bit harsh.

During the petition process I would strongly recommend your USC fiance to visit you there in Morocco 1-2 more times and all. Shows strong relationship evidence also probably them meeting your family is a cultural thing so that is also considered at the embassy level. They look at what is the cultural norms in Morocco and apply those to a degree to your relationship.

To add to what has already been said, make sure to take lots of pictures together.  Especially with distinguishable landmarks in the background.

When you visit Chicago, take pictures at Wrigley Field or at the Sears/Willis Tower.  These pictures, along with your matching travel/airlines tickets will prove your relationship timeframe and bonafide relationship.

You can meet anywhere you like :) Save the airline tickets, pictures are good but I would suggest your fiance to come visit you once before filing to make a strong case. Technically you are meeting all the requirements to file for K1 by just meeting once however at the end it all comes down to the person who will be interviewing you. If he/she feels like its not enough then you might get rejected :/ Good luck

I went to Wales to visit to meet my fiance for the first time.I decided to go to him because I always wanted to travel overseas. I was so happy I did--the journey was amazing and had an equally amazing time with my fiance back in August 2016.  I even went back to spend Christmas and New Years with him too.

Hi everyone,

Is there any Moroccan passed through this situation?

If yes, can you please let me know how did you manage?

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
