Here are the screenshots for form N659 interview document checklist. Note this was the version I received last June. Not sure this is the latest version, eventually rely on the version they will send along with your interview letter.

Bring all that is in the checklist.  And if you feel you need more, bring whatever you feel may support your "case".  Chances are the officer will not ask for more as they probably have all that they need in your file.  You will see, everything you submitted from your day 1 of your immigration journey will be in front of you (with the interviewing officer) on the day of the interview.   All that was asked from me during my interview by the IO were:  green card, DL and the Notice.  Am guessing those are necessary to verify that they have the right person in front of them.  You just have to be consistent with your answers and as always, be truthful.  The officer will go thru ALL the questions in the N-400 form in addition to the civics test.
