Add in 3-4 most recent pay stubs. If she has 3 years of tax returns she doesn't need the W2's but she could add those anyways. Not sure how strict Morocco is about seeing bank statements, for most if they meet the current income requirements they don't need to see the statements or savings amounts.

The company letter should be detailed from the HR department stating: position, salary/wages/hourly rate, full time or part time employee, permanent or temporary employee, date of hire or amount of time working for them.

If using a co-sponsor make sure they fill out same I-134 and attach all the same relevant financial information required.

Depending on her current income, if she doesn't meet the basic requirements of the poverty guideline, she could also use assets to supplement.

Also need a letter from a bank officer, stating when account (s) were opened, present balance, and total deposits over the past year.

Need an updated letter of intent...similar to the one sent with the petition, stating that you still intend and are able to marry.

Updated evidence of relationship...proof of correspondence, chat logs, etc. That communication has continued since the petition has been filed.

I have a question about the I-134 myself... The beneficiary has a 19 year old son in college in India. We listed his name in the petition, but we aren't petitioning for a K2 as he is in studies and won't graduate until he is 21. Do I still need to put down his name for beneficiary's child on the I-134 or is that only for children who would accompany the beneficiary?
